2006 NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS~
11/12/06 - Dawn Cone set her third consecutive PR at the inaugural OBX 1/2 Marathon shaving another 6min off her previous best.

11/11/06 - Coach Joel crushed his PR by 30min at the inaugural Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Clearwater, FL.

11/4/06 - Andrew Shanks finished his first Ironman at IMFL in 14:38:06. Shanks...YOU ARE AN IRONMAN!!!

10/15/06 - Dawn Cone set a PR at the Fleet Week 1/2 Marathon cutting over 15min off her previous time from just 6 weeks ago at Rock N' Roll. All that hard work is paying off!

9/30/06 - Coach Joel finished 1st in the M30-34 age group and 7th overall at the McDonalds Maymont X-Country Festival 1/2 Marathon in Richmond, Virginia.

9/10/06 - Anthony Bream and Andrew Shanks finished their first 1/2 Ironman at the Delaware Diamondman. Shanks finished under 6 hours while focusing on preparations for Ironman Florida in November. Anthony won his division earning top honors as the 2006 USACFRF 226+ National Champion.

9/3/06 - Katie Duffy and Dawn Cone showed their determination finishing the Rock N' Roll 1/2 Marathon. This was Dawn's first 1/2 marathon and Katie set a PR despite working through tendonitis in her knee. Great job ladies!

8/19/06 - Coach Joel made his official return to long-course racing after spending 4 months recovering from a hit and run while training that left him with a fractured pelvis. Joel not only set a PR but also earned a qualifying slot for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships on November 11, 2006.

8/6/06 - Andrew Shanks won his age group at the Sprint, Splash n' Spin held in Morgantown, WV

7/30/06 - Anthony Bream finished 2nd in his division at Tri-America Hampton. This was Anthony's first Olympic distance race. Awesome race Breamy!

7/30/06 - Coach Joel won his age group and finished 2nd overall at Tri-America Hampton Sprint.

6/24/06 - Congratulations to Bill Fults for finishing his first 1/2 Ironman at Buffalo Springs Lake 70.3

4/17/06 - Coach Joel set a PR (2:53:) and finished in the top 3% at the 110th Boston Marathon.
