2007 NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
11/3/07 - Coach Joel rolls to his first Ironman finish in 9:34:15 at IM Florida.
9/9/07 - Brian Devlin finished the Portland Marathon in 3:25:50...great run for a first marathon!
9/9/07 - Rob Yamry - You are an IRONMAN!!! Rob showed up at IM Wisconsin and blew the doors off the course by crossing the line in 10:16:34. In his first Ironman Rob finished 76th overall and 8th in the 25-29 age group!
8/26/07 - Anthony Bream - You are an IRONMAN!!! Breamy made his family, friends, and coach proud by by crossing the line at IM Louisville in 15:18:49. Congratulations Breamy - enjoy the accomplishment.
8/19/07 - Stella Knight continues her run of top 3 finishes at the Luray Sprint and maintains her ranking as the top Athena in the VTS.
8/5/07 - Stella Knight takes the podium again with her 2nd place division finish at the Culpeper Sprint. Stella is leading the Virginia Triathlon Series rankings in her category in her first year as a triathlete!
7/22/07 - Rob Yamry finished 4th overall and 2nd in his age group at the Door County Triathlon.
7/21/07 - Coach Joel took 3rd overall at the Allen Stone Memorial Run-Swim-Run.
6/24/07 - Rob Yamry finished 8th overall and 3rd in his age group at the High Cliff 1/2 Ironman cutting over 22min off his PR. Looking strong for IMW Rob!
6/24/07 - Coach Joel finished 5th overall and 1st in his age group at the Lake Montclair Triathlon.
6/11/07 - Rob Yamry finished 4th overall and 2nd in his age group at the Green Bay Triathlon the day after his 10K PR at the Bellin Run.
6/10/07 - Anthony Bream Set a new PR cutting 30min off his previous best at the Eagleman Ironman 70.3.
6/10/07 - Stella Knight takes second in her division at the Yorktown Sprint. That's 2 podiums in her first 2 triathlons...great work Stella!
6/9/07 - Rob Yamry sets a new PR at the Bellin Run 10K with a speedy 36:36.
5/5/07 - Coach Joel finishes 4th overall and 2nd in his age group at the White Lake Half setting a new PR and qualifying for the 2007 USAT Halfmax National Triathlon Championships.
4/1/07 - Coach Joel finished 2nd in his age group at the Virginia Duathlon qualifying for the 2007 Short Course Duathlon World Championships in Gyor, Hungary.
3/31/06 - Dan Morrissey set a PR at the Trailbreaker 1/2 Marathon.
3/24/07 - In her first triathlon ever Stella Knight won her division at the Smithfield Sprint.
3/18/07 - Coach Joel crushed his previous PR by running 1:17:18 at the Shamrock Sportsfest 1/2 Marathon.
2/24/07 - Coach Joel wins the M30-34 age group title in the Mud in Your Eye X-country series.
