2008 NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
6/8/08 - Cappy Sinclair finished overall win the Yorktown Sprint Triathlon in Yorktown, VA.
6/1/08 - Coach Joel finished 4th overall at the Breezy Point Triathlon in Norfolk, VA.
6/1/08 - Cappy Sinclair took his first overall win the Kerr Lake Triathlon in Henderson, NC. Great race Cappy, not bad for a training day!
4/27/08 - Coach Joel finished 7th in the 30-34 age group at the USAT Duathlon National Championships in Richmond, VA qualifying him for the 2008 Duathlon Short Course World Championships in Rimini, Italy.
4/19/08 - Coach Joel held on through a tough run course to take 4th Elite/Overall at the Kinetic 1/2 and qualify for the 2008 USAT Halfmax National Championships.
4/7/08 - Coach Joel finished 1st in his age group and 8th overall at the Carrboro Classic long course duathlon. Joel's finish qualified him for the 2008 Duathlon Long Course World Championships in Geel Belgium later this summer.
4/1/08 - Coach Joel finished 1st in his age group and 4th overall at the Virginia Duathlon.
3/24/08 - Stella Knight kicked off her multisport season by placing second in her division at the Smithfield Sprint.
3/18/08 - Stella Knight finishes her first ever 1/2 marathon at the Shamrock Sportsfest 1/2 Marathon.
2/23/08 - Coach Joel wins the M30-34 age group title in the Mud in Your Eye X-country series.
