2009 NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS

11/21/09 - Coach Joel logged his first ever ultramarathon crossing the line at the 47th annual JFK50 in 7:18:05. That was good enough for 34th overall out of 1027 finishers.

11/7/09 - Shawn Bradley - YOU ARE AN IRONMAN! Shawn hung in through a tough run to knock out his first Ironman at IM Florida in 12:42. Great job Shawn!

11/7/09 - Stella Knight decided she felt like jumping into a little race and finished 3rd Athena in the Beach 2 Battleship Half in Wilmington, NC.

9/12/09 - Erika Peck finished 6th in her AG at Patriots Half - her first triathlon ever!!! Not bad for a roadie :)

8/16/09 - Connie Maxwell takes 1st in her AG at the Luray Sprint in Luray, VA.

8/8/09 - Coach Joel finished 3rd in his AG and 6th OA at the ASYMCA Mud Run in Norfolk, VA.

8/2/09 - Connie Maxwell finished 3rd in her AG at the Culpepper Sprint in Culpepper, VA.

7/18/09 - Coach Joel finished 1st in his AG and 4th OA at the Allen Stone RSR in Virginia Beach, VA.

6/28/09 - Connie Maxwell finished 2nd in her AG at the Montclair Triathlon in Montclair, VA.

6/21/09 - Coach Joel logged a 3:14 marathon en route to a 10:05:58 finish at IM Coeur d'Alene.
