The primary service I offer for triathlon is individual fully personalized coaching.  Both levels of service include everything from setting up the overall structure of your season to developing specific daily workouts. I prefer not to offer "cookie-cutter" training plans.  There are lots of options available if you just want a standard training plan and I'd be happy to give you some recommendations for quality pre-built training plans but I honestly think that the personal attention and interaction you get from working one on one with a professional coach is a worthy investment if you are serious about getting the most out of your limited training time.  I offer two levels of coaching for multisport athletes with the primary focus on developing a custom training program to help you realize your potential based on your individual needs.  Communication between a coach and athlete is critical. If I don't have a good understanding of how you feel from day to day and how your body is responding to the prescribed training then I can't possibly provide the high quality service you deserve. With that in mind I don't limit the amount of communication and interaction with my athletes regardless of the level of coaching service they choose. 

Premiere - $215/month (minimum 3 month commitment)
Premiere level coaching provides the ultimate in personal attention, customization, and flexibility.  We all know that life happens...family, friends, work...and your training should be flexible enough to accommodate life's other priorities.   Athletes using the Premiere level of coaching enjoy unlimited training plan adjustments to help make the most of their valuable time.  Additionally, Premiere coaching includes swim and run technique assessments as well as power-based cycle training (testing, power zones, regular analysis of power files) for those athletes that have power meters.  All athletes have unlimited communication via email and phone.

Performance - $135/month ($100 start-up fee, no minimum monthly commitment)
Performance level coaching provides the same high level of detail and attention but workouts are delivered in blocks of 2-4 weeks and revisions are generally limited to 1 per block.  Power-based cycle training and swim/run technique analysis are available at discounted rates.  All athletes have unlimited communication via email and phone.
