A good coach provides guidance, structure, support, and motivation as well as gives you the power to focus your time and energy on training rather than planning. A coach can offer even the most experienced athlete a new perspective, scientific knowledge, nutritional expertise, psychological support, and an objective voice of reason necessary to avoid overtraining and potential injuries. So whether you’re just getting started in endurance sports or a seasoned veteran, Sisu Multisport & Endurance can help take you to the next level.

GET A JUMP START ON 2013!!!
The 2012 triathlon season is behind us and 2013 is just around the corner. Everyone deserves a bit of reat after a long season of training and raceing but don't let all that progress you made fade away. Take some down time but don't go too long without being active. Leave the heart rate monitoring and GPS at home - just go out for a ride or run and enjoy being free of the sturcture. Go for a hike or grab that neglected Mt. bike and hit the trails. After a few weeks you'll find yourself energized and ready to get a jump start on your fitness for 2013. The cold dark winter months are the perfect time to get away from grinding out endurance sessions and push your top end. Keep the workouts short and the intensity up - low volume, high quality. It's also a great time to work on your swim technique. Let me help you maximize your potential for next season by getting started this winter!
